Payment Processing
We use Stripe to securely process all payments for our digital marketing services. Your payment information is encrypted and protected according to industry standards.
Service Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, we will begin work on your project or services as outlined in your service agreement. The timeline for delivery will be specified in your contract.
Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services as outlined in your service agreement. Due to the custom nature of our services and the resources allocated to each project, our refund policy is as follows:
- Prior to project commencement: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After project commencement: Partial or complete refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, resources allocated, and circumstances of the refund request.
- For ongoing contracted services: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Any prepaid amounts for future services not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs incurred.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellation Policy
For ongoing services or retainers:
- You may cancel at any time by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement.
- A cancellation fee may apply as outlined in your contract.
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
For one-time projects and services:
- Cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a mutually agreeable solution.
Communication
We will keep you informed about the progress of your project and services through regular updates and reports as specified in your service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled as outlined in your service agreement.
Changes to This Policy
